Welcome to https:\/\/exploreluxtravel.com\/<\/a><\/strong>From here on, the \u201cSite.\u201d These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the \u201cTerms\u201d) govern the use of the Site and the services offered by Explore Lux Travel (hereinafter, the \u201cCompany\u201d). By accessing or using the Site, you fully accept these Terms.<\/p>

1. Parties<\/h3>

The electronic contracting process carried out through the website https:\/\/exploreluxtravel.com shall be executed between the \u201cClient\u201d and \u201cExplore Lux Travel.\u201d<\/p>

Individuals who register on the website by completing the designated form with their personal information\u2014namely name, surname, address, city, country, state, postal code, and email\u2014and who have duly completed the corresponding payment to access any of the services offered for sale, shall be deemed \u201cClients\u201d of the Site.<\/p>

2. Services and reservations<\/h3>

The services offered by Explore Lux Travel consist of custom Travel Design and personalized Travel Advisory \/ Consultancy tailored to the Client\u2019s specific needs.\u00a0<\/p>

We are not a travel agency and, therefore, we do not offer travel packages. We do not provide flights, accommodation, insurance, or activities. We solely offer advisory services regarding such elements, and each Client is responsible for contracting them personally, ensuring maximum transparency in all payment processes.<\/p><\/section>

3. Purchase and payment process<\/h3>

By making a purchase or reservation, you confirm that the information provided is true and complete. Payment will be processed using the methods indicated at the time of purchase. Confirmation and issuance of receipts will depend on the correct provision of data and payment authorization by the payment providers.<\/p>

4. Cancellations and refunds<\/h3>

The right of withdrawal is the consumer\u2019s entitlement to return goods to the trader within a period of 14 days, without the need to provide any justification for their decision to withdraw.<\/p>

The right of withdrawal may not be exercised in the circumstances set forth in Article 103 of the Spanish General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users.<\/p>

In the case of the provision of services: In accordance with Article 103(a) of Law 3\/2014, the right of withdrawal shall not apply to the provision of services once the service has been fully performed, provided that performance began with the consumer\u2019s and user\u2019s prior express consent and with their acknowledgment that, upon full execution of the contract by https:\/\/exploreluxtravel.com, they would lose their right of withdrawal.<\/p>

Once the contracted services have been accepted, Explore Lux Travel shall notify the Client of the date on which the execution of such services will commence.<\/p>

If you wish to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the commencement of the provision of the service, and provided that the service has not been fully performed, you must contact us with a withdrawal request prior to the execution of the contracted service.<\/p>

Refunds corresponding to payments made by bank transfer shall be issued through the same method, to an account provided by the Client. The refund shall be processed within 14 calendar days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw.<\/p>

All services that have been supplied shall, by their nature, survive termination provided they have been fully paid for, including, without limitation, provisions relating to ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section><\/div>

5. User Obligations<\/h3>

The User agrees to use the Site in accordance with the law, not to introduce illegal or harmful content, to provide truthful information and to respect the applicable regulations during the provision of the contracted Services.<\/p>

6. Intellectual Property<\/h3>

Explore Lux Travel, whether in its own name or as an assignee, holds all intellectual and industrial property rights over its website, as well as over all elements contained therein (including, by way of example, images, sound, audio, video, software, or texts; trademarks or logos; colour combinations; structure and design; selection of materials used; and the computer programs necessary for its operation, access, and use), whether owned by Explore Lux Travel or by its licensors. All rights reserved.<\/p>

Any use not previously authorized by Explore Lux Travel shall be deemed a serious infringement of the holder\u2019s intellectual or industrial property rights.<\/p>

The reproduction, distribution, and public communication of all or part of the contents of this website\u2014including their availability modality\u2014for commercial purposes, in any format and by any technical means, are expressly prohibited without the authorization of Explore Lux Travel.<\/p>

The Client undertakes to respect the Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights owned by Explore Lux Travel. The Client may only view the elements of the website, without the possibility of printing, copying, or storing them on the hard drive of their computer or on any other physical medium. The User must refrain from deleting, altering, circumventing, or manipulating any protection device or security system installed on the pages of Explore Lux Travel.<\/p>

8. Force majeure<\/h3>
