The services offered by Explore Lux Travel consist of custom Travel Design and personalized Travel Advisory / Consultancy tailored to the Client’s specific needs.
We are not a travel agency and, therefore, we do not offer travel packages. We do not provide flights, accommodation, insurance, or activities. We solely offer advisory services regarding such elements, and each Client is responsible for contracting them personally, ensuring maximum transparency in all payment processes.
By making a purchase or reservation, you confirm that the information provided is true and complete. Payment will be processed using the methods indicated at the time of purchase. Confirmation and issuance of receipts will depend on the correct provision of data and payment authorization by the payment providers.
The right of withdrawal is the consumer’s entitlement to return goods to the trader within a period of 14 days, without the need to provide any justification for their decision to withdraw.
The User agrees to use the Site in accordance with the law, not to introduce illegal or harmful content, to provide truthful information and to respect the applicable regulations during the provision of the contracted Services.
